High Road Training & Consulting is dedicating to elevating the standard for coffeehouses through our philosophy, education, and training techniques, all focused on what we call “cup performance.”

Our objective is to enable our clients to deliver the best cup of coffee, while keeping in mind the best service and presentation for their respective clientele.

We teach a complete barista skill set by an industry-respected professional, with personal attention and hands-on learning.

We are located in Kearney, Nebraska, a cozy college town in middle of the heartland. High Road Training & Consulting is centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 80.

We are also available to travel to any domestic destination, your coffeehouse included.

Our featured instructor is Ryan Dennhardt, a highly-acclaimed barista who routinely competes in USBC,WBC, and Ultimate Barista competitions.
